Byrne broke ground on the new Keller Municipal Service Center at HWY 377 and Bear Creek Parkway in Keller, Texas on Monday, November 25, 2002. Byrne is the Construction Manager for the new 9 acre, $5.1 million project, which will include facilities for Public Works and Parks & Recreation Department employees, crew shops, warehouse, cold vehicle storage, and a fueling station.
