Seguin Public Library

New two story sustainably designed public library including meeting spaces, children’s area, quiet reading, youth and adult areas, and a local history section.

The façade incorporates local limestone, Architectural Exposed Structural Steel (AESS), houses state of the art technology, and utilized Building Information Modeling.

The LEED Gold project project incorporates a number of sustainable features including the use of reclaimed pecan trees felled onsite as furniture and millwork incorporated into the final building.
