Tarleton Nursing Building

Project includes a new, three level, 51,000 sq. ft. nurse education building on the campus of Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. The facility consists of a drilled pier/slab-on-void foundation with crawl space under each Mechanical Room. Also included is a brick masonry façade, a curtain wall glazing system, a single-ply roofing system and a four-pipe chilled water HVAC system. The interior finish-out of the facility includes faculty office space, conference/seminar rooms, three lecture halls, classrooms, computer lab spaces, family assessment areas and nursing skills assessment laboratories which include hospital mockups including nurse stations, headwalls as well as robotic patients. The project also includes nursing equipment storage and expansion area as well as a new parking area.
