A 53,000 sq. ft. two-story, 50-bed rehabilitation hospital facility includes drilled pier/ structural slab-on-grade foundation, structural steel framing system, brick masonry/stone façade, aluminum framed glazing system, standing seam metal roof system with a chilled water HVAC system. The first floor of the building consists of entrance lobby and common spaces, dietary services, a 26-bed general rehab unit, patient rehab services, therapy courtyard and building support services. The second floor of the building includes a 12-bed braind injury unit, a 12-bed stroke unit and administrative offices.
