City of Keller Town Hall

A 57,000 sq. ft. two-story city hall facility, 140-acre master planned site. Consists of drilled pier/slab-on-grade foundation, structural steel frame, masonry façade, curtain wall glass system, built up roof system with rooftop HVAC units. Project also includes the building interior finish-out including a 108-seat City Council Chamber, A/V conference rooms, administrative office areas, two management information system rooms, multi-media/studio production room, pedestrian plaza, and a 14-acre man-made lake system. Change Orders represent savings to the City of Keller resulting from value engineering and management of the bid process (buyout).
