Contemporary 13,000 square foot three-story private residence including a full underground basement. This project was built to museum-quality standards using commercial subcontractors and materials. The building consists of a drilled pier/basement foundation with a structural steel framing system. The Building exterior includes finishes of solid aluminum metal panels, curtainwall glazing systems, spider glass glazing systems, and rooftop sculpture garden area. The interior includes a basement exhibit area, glass elevator cab and shaft, glass staircase, stainless steel spiral staircase, multi-media room, stone and hardwood floors, metal panel ceilings, domestic and international stone and tile wall coverings and floors, numerous skylights, exposed structural steel and stainless steel custom trim throughout the home. Exterior grounds include stone courtyard, stone-lined lap pool, and front yard water-skin amenity. The mechanical systems utilizes geothermal heating and cooling.
