A 76,250 sq. ft. new recreation center and aquatics center for the City of Keller. Drilled pier/slab-on-grade foundation, structural steel frame system, masonry façade, built-up roof system with rooftop AHUs. The facility includes a gymnasium, an indoor track, multi-purpose rooms, an aerobics and dance room, cardio/ weight/ fitness area, youth activity room, child care area, administrative offices, pavilion and indoor and outdoor leisure water.
