Byrne has been selected as the Construction Manager for the UNT Research Park, Phase 2 College of Engineering, 54,000 sf, $4.9 Million remodel of existing light manufacturing space into new laboratories, offices and support functions, which will house three departments of the new College of Engineering, Engineering Technology, Materials Science and Computer Science Engineering. Anticipated construction start: June 2003. Completion: March 2004.
