Byrne Executive Elected to Regional NAWIC Post

Karolene Pittman, Byrne Director of Human Resources, is appointed to top post with the National Association of Women in Construction

Fort Worth, TX - Thos. S. Byrne, General Contractors, is proud to congratulate Karolene Pittman, Director of Human Resources and Corporate Secretary, on her recent election to the position of Region 7 Director, National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). Karolene is responsible for overseeing elected representatives and nine NAWIC chapters in North Central & Eastern Texas and all of Oklahoma. The Spring, 2001 issue of Builder-Architect Magazine features an article describing the many contributions Karolene has made to Byrne and NAWIC. The accolades continue with Karolene's nomination as Byrne's choice for the 1st Annual Outstanding Woman in Construction 2001 Competition sponsored by the Association of Builders and Contractors (ABC).
